The concepts behind

In a sense it can’t be any other way but it is hard to grasp the idea that we are the ones reflecting the reality we experience.

Even more so, we are the reality we experience.

But let’s take it one step at the time, no rush, we have all the time in the world, literally.

“I create a life that reflects my authentic values” - how does this affirmation lands on you, what effect does it have?

Do pay attention to the words but go even deeper, do feel the meaning.. too

I create life.. feel the depth of this, it tells you that you have choices and most important you are aware of these choices.

“Life is in your head…” - have you ever heard this expression or something similar?

It is true, what you process as feeling, as emotion, ideas, perceptions and so many experiences are .. in your head. Our own physical brain is processing waves of energy, impulses and transforms it in coherent (or less coherent) experiences or state of being.

So, in that sense, “all is in your head” … So, who’s the master of your thoughts?

It should be you right?! It should be for many, an exterior trigger, an exterior event can trigger either one’s happiness or lack of desire to experience life. In this case, there’s no master of thoughts just an empty shell, a shadow animated by what comes from outside of it.

I find that to be the ultimate definition for slavery. When something or someone external to you to be able to play around and manipulate one’s emotional state as desired.

So, the affirmation “I create a life that reflects my authentic values” is bringing to your awareness the power you have and of course your self-recognition of the values you hold true for you.

What conflicts might arise from this state of awareness?

First. When in Observer state we will see deeper, both the shadow and the wisdom behind it. The trick is to allow the shadow to show the message and change it in a self-empowering experience. There are many situations with so many options, it is impossible to give a single generic example but if you don't know how to deal with a specific situation and have difficulties in changing its “negative” influence into a “positive” outcome, write it down and come back to it after an hour or so.

Second. The external reality which bleeds into your existence.

At times, other’s decisions can and will directly influence your reality, from family members to a boss at work or maybe the government with a law you need to align with, all these can, in that sense shape your physical reality.

The trick for this is not to allow to shape your emotional state because that will reflect in your physical reality. Remember, all in your head?!

These are just two aspects one can integrate with ease.

How to use?

This is just a suggestion, feel free to listen to your intuition

Visualisation and acknowledgement is activating the awareness which does the rest but if you need to add action you can use it with whatever ritual you feel comfortable enough to practice.

Here is what works for most:

1. Download the image on your device

2. Reproduce the center symbol on a piece of paper and place it on top of your device

3. Light a candle, the color of the candle does not matter as the affirmation is powerful enough to reverberate in many dimensions

4. Say aloud or in your mind the affirmation

5. Burn the paper

6. Close your eyes and allow the smoke to lift away with all of which creates discomfort in you. Be it physical, mental, or spiritual discomfort.

7. Express gratitude to your body, to your mind. Simply imagine that you embrace yourself with love, protection, stability, clarity, understanding.

That’s it.

Of course you can opt to skip any of the additional steps or even add more if you feel you need some extra.
