Note on frequency:
Aura “frequencies” are symbolic vibrational bands, not electromagnetic measurements. They describe states of consciousness, nervous system tone, emotional coherence, and cognitive patterning, not literal Hz in the physical sense.

Frequency band: ~400–480 THz (lower vibrational spectrum, dense/grounded)
Core theme: Survival, vitality, instinct, embodiment

General meaning:
Strong life force, physical presence, drive, raw emotion.

By location:

• Near feet / lower aura: Grounding, survival focus, financial or safety concerns

• Lower abdomen: Sexual energy, reproduction, passion, anger

• Chest: Defensive emotions, unresolved rage, territorial protection

• Around head: Stress, impulsivity, fight-mode thinking

Shadow expression: Aggression, fear, hyper-reactivity
Balanced expression: Courage, stamina, embodied confidence

Frequency band: ~480–510 THz
Core theme: Creativity, emotion, pleasure, social bonding

General meaning:
Emotional intelligence, playfulness, desire to connect.

• Chest: Warmth, friendliness, emotional generosity

• Around hands: Creative output, healing through touch or art

Intellect, self-esteem, clarity of thought.

• Head: Analytical thinking, learning, curiosity

Core theme: Healing, balance, relational harmony

General meaning:
Heart intelligence, empathy, growth.

By location:

• Heart center: Compassion, emotional maturity, love without attachment

• Surrounding torso: Healing capacity (self or others)

• Hands: Natural healer, supportive presence

• Back of heart: Old emotional wounds or grief (if dull/dark)
