86. Never shy away from difficult questions. Reflect on challenging aspects of your behavior and beliefs.
This can lead to deeper understanding and meaningful change.
It is tested and tested and tested and the beautiful thing is that after you build trust in yourself you start to notice that “difficult” changes intensity and becames (some times) a fun challenge.
I do understand that majority of you will have huge difficulties in wrapping up around this idea but it comes with a lot of shadow work so I stand tall in this affirmation.
At some point, you will not necessarily ask/focus your attention towards difficulties which can be managed but you will approach these challenges form a higher perspective, not just a victim of chance and destiny and that my dear one is powerful beyond your imagination.
