The concept behind
When we say “I choose...” and we really meant it, we are offering ourselves the power of control over our choice and also a bunch of other options.
Is like “life happened to me” - where is less controle, an impotence of taking decisions, no matter if good or bad but owning the consequence.
Versus, here comes the power, “I own my life.. with good and bad, with ups and downs..”

We currently witness the fall of some systems where our own power was offered to just a few and we hoped that those empowered by our own energy and trust to take the best decisions for best preferred outcomes.
We’ve explored this “offering of power” for millennia (and even more) but human consciousness reached a certain maturity where it understands the play and old systems start to crumble and fall as are no longer supported by the energy, focus and will of the masses.
Some call this aspect “awakening” of the social masses which kind of started with the awakening of the individual.
Of course there will be groups of entities trying to grasp tight on the illusion of power over masses but will try to build on the very same (old) foundation, fear.
This sigil is about integration and release.
You can’t change something you don’t own so, go ahead, replace fear with understanding. Release what frightens and no longer serves you.
There are so many irrational fears we keep holding onto “just in case I need that experience”… No, the fact that you hold on on that fearful experience doesn’t make you “alert” in any way but does consumes your energy because “where focus goes, energy flows”.
“We don’t build bombs because we love peace!”
So let go. Call your power back and let go of anything which doesn’t make sense for you to keep.
Fear is just a messenger, it tells you something about yourself.
“I choose to release…” - is an act of power.

The sigil construction and some of its components
The new sigil model comes with atemporal portal allowing you to “navigate” so to speak between the dimensions and realities of your experience.

Moon (silver energy) symbol on the left is representative to feminine energy, water, fluidity, emotion, intuition, abstract thinking which adds momentum to vision, to imagination, to channeling.
Sun (gold energy) symbol on the right is representative to masculine energy, fire, logic, warmth, light.
Both Moon and Sun are placed in balance, in harmony with each other as colaborative elements representative to cycles.
The “I” glyph defines one’s position within the entire “orchestration” as part of the cycles as part of the experience as unity with all there is. Includes the masculine energy, the feminine energy and of course the infinite nature of the Soul.

How to use?
This is just a suggestion, feel free to listen to your intuition
Visualisation and acknowledgement is activating the awareness which does the rest but if you need to add action you can use it with whatever ritual you feel comfortable enough to practice.
Here is what works for most:
Download the image on your device
Reproduce the center symbol on a piece of paper and place it on top of your device
Light a candle, the color of the candle does not matter as the affirmation is powerful enough to reverberate in many dimensions
Say aloud or in your mind the affirmation
Burn the paper
Close your eyes and allow the smoke to lift away with all of which creates discomfort in you. Be it physical, mental, or spiritual discomfort.
Express gratitude to your body, to your mind. Simply imagine that you embrace yourself with love, protection, stability, clarity, understanding.
That’s it.
Of course you can opt to skip any of the additional steps or even add more if you feel you need some extra.
